For over 10 years, BrightWest Case Management has supported participants with catastrophic injuries or lifelong disabilities. We specialize in helping individuals navigate the NDIS and connect with the mainstream services and other funded supports necessary to achieve their goals.

Our specialist coordination and support team utilizes a person-centered approach to empower participants to live fulfilling lives. As a registered company, we offer specialist support coordination, recovery coaching, and case management services tailored to each participant's unique needs, preferences, and aspirations.

Our Founders

Margaret Jaika

Director — Specialist Support Coordinator & Case Manager

Margaret holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Administration and a Master of Public Health. She also holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Certificate 3 in Individual Support.

She has extensive experience across the disability, healthcare, and aged care industries. Her previous roles include serving as a Health Liaison Officer for the NDIA, as a Specialist Support Coordinator at Bright West Care, among other roles in the Disability, Health and Aged Care industries.
